The concert is in New York and they’re giving away free tickets. I do believe regardless, even if you live outside of New York, and plan to travel to New York for this concert, you can still claim them.

How it Works
Request Tickets
You may request up to 2 tickets.
Tickets are free but a credit card will be required to validate your request. A temporary $1 authorization will be held on your credit card and instantly refunded to ensure it’s active.
You will receive an email by Tuesday, January 30. Tickets will automatically show up in your Ticketmaster account the morning of Wednesday, January 31. Tickets are non-transferable.
