What are the Tempo Meal Plans

You get to choose from 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, or 14 weekly meals. It is important to note that each meal serves one, but you can double your order if you’re dining for two.

While designed for lunch and dinner, the timing of your meals is your choice. Currently, Tempo doesn’t offer breakfast, desserts, or snack add-ons.

Next, you select your dietary preferences and specify what foods you’d like to avoid in your meals.

Wondering if you can cancel or pause your Tempo subscription? Absolutely, you can!

To pause or cancel via the website, navigate to the account section, located in the top right corner. There, you’ll find the option to pause your subscription at the bottom of the menu.

If you’re using the app, tap “Account” in the bottom right, then “Subscription,” and finally, choose “Pause My Subscription” at the end of the list.

Remember, to avoid charges for the next week, make sure to pause or cancel by Friday at 12pm Central Time.
